enough is an extensible personal language system for planning, reviewing, writing, and translating text(s). it's optimized for so-called non-technical users and built to be useful and usable for decades.
the enough agent can help you determine how to structure and iterate on whatever you want to write. it includes built-in tools for planning, proofing, and translating texts and virtual consultants to poke holes in your grand ideas or help defeat your writer’s block. it’s easy to extend its functionality to match your preferences using the included workflow-design paradigm.
enough is a personal and private way to explore the writing you want to do, and then plan, brainstorm, and iterate on structure and tone to improve the end results. i made it because i think we need more human writing, and human writing has to be personal.

the installation also downloads local model weights for you, though enough also has openrouter integration for those who want/prefer it.
you’ll need Administrator privileges on MacOS 15+ and a machine with Apple Silicon, as well as ~50GB of disk space for all the model weights, though ~20GB should suffice for the two “smaller” weights options.
